Cat is inspired by artists James Turrell, Edward Hopper, Jean-Pierre Jeunet, David Bowie, & Mary Ellen Mark. She began photographing in her early twenties when she started traveling a lot and wanted a camera to document sights and fell in love with pushing the shutter. It was clear from the get-go I had found her life’s work. Her Favorite camera is her iPhone: simple, portable, fully contained to shoot, process and post! She dreams of shooting everywhere! But to narrow that down, she'd love to shoot in Hong Kong, Montreal, the Galapagos and Patagonia. Her favorite museum is The Centre Pompidou.
